    I am bring my family to Disney the first of May. We would really like to come to the MPPP but have seen nothing as of yet. Last thing I heard was that no winter dates but possible spring. Can you tell me what is going on with this party? Thanks Beth

    Bethani I am sorry to have to share disappointing news with you about the Pirates and Princess Parties.  They have been stopped and there is no word that they will be bringing them back anytime soon.  We know you are among many who have asked about this event.  Please keep checking the website for any updated news.

    There are a few other options to have children enjoy the pirate and princess experience.  Everyday there is a pirate interactive experience outside the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction in the Magic Kingdom.  Young fellas and gals are called upon to see if their skills are befitting to earn the pirate ranking!  Check with Guest Services on the day you visit the park to see about times for this experience.

    Another pirate happening are the pirate cruises they have for children 4-12 years of age.  They embark on two hour journeys from several of the resort marinas on a hunt for treasure.  Please call 407-939-7529 for more information and to make reservations.

    The Caribbean resort now has new pirate themed rooms for guests.... request at time of making your reservations.

    For the princess in the group there are the dining experiences such as Cinderella's Royal Table and Akershus princess meals at EPCOT.  1900 Park Fare also has Mary Poppins and Cinderella as dinner guests for your meal and don't forget the Wonderland Tea Party at the Grand Floridian resort.
