Can I bring a DSLR camera into Disneyland? My girlfriend and I are trying to start a vlogging youtube channel and we don’t know if we have to talk to anyone about it?

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Kenny!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your questions. I love seeing pictures and videos of people on social media enjoying Disney vacations. It's how I get my "Disney fix" when I am between trips!

I am happy to let you know that DSLR cameras are allowed inside the parks as long as you utilize your filming for personal, non-commercial use. Remember that "selfie-stick" devices are not allowed inside the theme parks. You may also not bring any form of tripod or monopod that does not fit into a backpack or if it extends past 6'. You can check the official Park Rules for all prohibited items and activities. If you have any further questions you are more than welcome to reach out to Guest Relations at (714) 781-4636.

One of the most popular topics on social media in the parks is FOOD. Make sure to research the amazing snacks, eats, and treats you will find on your trip to the Disneyland Resort. Menus are available online and on the Disneyland app. I suggest looking at the Disney Parks Blog in the coming weeks as we should soon get a peek at the Halloween foodie guide which will be to die for!

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. Have a Fantasmic day!
