Can we bring cupcakes and pizza to have a small birthday party in the picnic area before going into the park

    Hi, Patricia!

I cannot think of a better way to celebrate a birthday than a visit to the Disneyland Resort! You will find there is a lovely picnic area just outside of Disneyland Park where you and your guests can enjoy your lunch and sweets. After, you can head into the park with your valid park admission tickets to enjoy the magic of Disneyland.

Once in the theme park, let the celebration continue! Stop by Guest Services to pick up a "Happy Birthday" button for the guest of honor. Get some fun pictures in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. Take a birthday card and have Mickey Mouse sign it at a character meet and greet. This will be such a magical day and a wonderful birthday celebration.

If you have any dining plans, you might want to inquire about getting a birthday cake delivered to your table. What a super surprise that all your guests can enjoy! Call (714)781-DINE to find out more about custom cake orders.

Wishing you the happiest of birthday parties at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
