Travis, I see that you’re visiting Mickey and gang in September! That’s a great time! With schools reopening, the summer crowds have dissipated, but you can still enjoy the beautiful summer weather and warm temperatures!
One thing you might want to consider during your vacation is
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! This event is held at Magic Kingdom Park on select nights. The party begins at 7:00 PM and ends (appropriately for Halloween) at midnight! A great perk of the party ticket is that Guests can enter Magic Kingdom beginning as early as 4:00 PM! Yes, that would give you three extra hours in the park before the party even begins! This party is one of my family’s favorite events of the year at Disney World! Guests can come in costume (not required, but fun!) and trick-or-treat through Magic Kingdom. You can trick-or-treat even if you’re not in costume. There is also a special Halloween parade (NOT to be missed) and a wickedly wonderful Halloween fireworks show! Of course, Mickey, Minnie, and their pals will be dressed in their Halloween costumes, too!
