Hello there, Dana!
You are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during my favorite time of the year, the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I hope you take some time to visit EPCOT to see the mesmerizing topiaries during your upcoming vacation. I’m an avid gardener at home, so I can’t wait to see the
new “Princess and the Frog” and “Encanto” topiaries with succulents.
Now, let me help answer your question. After reviewing the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, it appears that you are not allowed to bring the following items in a theme park: suitcases, bags, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm). Disney theme parks recommend reusable ice packs because loose or dry ice is prohibited. If I were you, I’d double and triple-check the measurements of your bag.
Also, please note that alcoholic beverages and glass containers are prohibited in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. If you’re looking for an extra refreshing snack during your vacation, look out for my favorite Walt Disney World Resort theme park snack, the
Tropical Serenade, at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom Park. The combination of pineapple-orange-guava juice and coconut soft serve is amazing!
May the magic be with you!Melanie
