If I bring a car to my resort I know that I have to pay so much per day to have the car there, but does that also cover if I bring the car to a park for the day, or do I have to pay again to park at one of the theme parks?

    Hi Jean,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm happy to assist you with this question. When visiting Walt Disney World Resort, my family loves to have our car in order to easily travel to other Disney Resort hotels for meals.

As you mentioned, registered Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel will be charged for standard overnight self-parking, which is based on your Resort Category. I'm happy to report Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel will receive complimentary standard parking at the theme parks and water parks. You should not have to pay an additional fee to park at the theme parks unless you decide to upgrade to preferred parking.

I hope this information helps with your vacation planning, Jean.  Let us know if you have any additional questions. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip!

    Happy Planning,
