Howdy Sherrie!
Welcome to the
Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sharing this question with us! I appreciate your question. As a person that struggles with mobility problems from time to time, I know how important it is to have certain conveniences to be able to enjoy your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Since you have a mobility scooter that you are bringing, you will be able to ride the scooter through the queue of most attractions. Quite a few attractions will allow you to stay in your scooter until you are ready to board the attraction. There is no restriction on canes and canes that have a seat attached. I think you will find that you will rarely need the cane seat. The Walt Disney World Resort does a fantastic job of accommodating everyone’s needs. I will leave a link to the “
prohibited item list” so that you can view what is not allowed in the parks.
There are so many new and exciting things on the horizon for 2020 and 2021! Mickey and Minnie Mouse are now debuting in their first attraction ever!
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is a blast for the entire family! Be prepared to go on a zany adventure with Engineer Goofy behind the wheel! I am so excited to experience this attraction, and I know you are too!
While you are planning, if you would like to stay informed of all the new and exciting things yet to come, check out the
Disney Parks Blog. If you have any more questions, please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
We love to help, Sherrie!
See Ya Real Soon,
