Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Shrmeeka!
You're as welcome as can be here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your great question. Staying hydrated is SO important when you are spending your days exploring the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks in the Florida sun.
With so much to see, do, and experience, you don't want to make the mistake I did where you forget to drink enough water. This left me feeling run down with a headache the rest of the day. I'm glad you are thinking about coming prepared with your own bottled water, because I'm delighted to tell you that you may bring bottled water as well as some other food and beverages into the parks. Just make sure to take a look at the
Park Rules before arrival to make sure everything you bring is allowed. I also suggest to many Guests to bring an empty water bottle that you can refill throughout the day. With water fountains galore, complimentary water cups at Quick Service Restaurants, and handy hydration stations like those you will find in Pandora - The World of Avatar, there is no shortage of ways to quench your thirst in each park.
I also suggest checking out these tips from my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists for
keeping cool at the Walt Disney World Resort. Recently I have also seen some ADORABLE personal fans sold in the parks that are shaped like iconic Disney snacks! These would be the perfect accessory on a warm summer day!
I hope this helps, and I wish you a vacation that's practically perfect in every way!
