Ahoy, Stephen!
Welcome aboard planDisney! This is a great question, and one that comes up quite a bit as Guests prepare for their adventure at sea. Whether you're trying to stay hydrated while soaking up the sun on the pool deck or simply prefer your favorite bottled water, I've got good news for you!
Yes, you can absolutely bring bottled water onboard your Disney cruise. Just remember that all beverages, including bottled water, soda, sparkling water, and
alcoholic drinks, must be packed in your carry-on luggage and not in your checked bags. While Disney doesn't publish a specific bottled water limit, you'll need to be able to carry everything onboard yourself. If you're bringing a large quantity, just keep in mind you'll be navigating the cruise terminal with it until you can access your stateroom.
Over the years, I've actually become less dependent on bottled water when cruising. The water onboard Disney ships is filtered and tastes great, so my family usually brings refillable water bottles and fills them throughout the sailing. It's one less thing for us to haul through the terminal and leaves more room in the carry-on for the important stuff!
If you'd rather have bottled water waiting for you in your stateroom, that's an option too. You can purchase bottled water before your cruise through the
Onboard Gifts section and have it delivered directly to your room.
I hope this helps as you
get ready to set sail! A little planning before embarkation day can make those first few hours onboard feel even smoother, leaving more time for exploring the ship and less time worrying about the little details.
Sea ya real soon as the days grow longer and the countdowns grow shorter,
