Hi there, Sandra!
Yes, absolutely you can bring a water bottle into the
theme parks, and I always recommend it.
You are more than welcome to bring bottled water or a reusable water bottle into the parks with you. Disney allows guests to bring outside food and drinks as long as they’re for personal use and don't require any heating or warming up. The main things to remember are that the bottles need to be non-glass and you can’t bring large, hard-sided coolers or loose ice.
If you don’t bring your own, Disney does make it easy to stay hydrated. You can ask for free cups of ice water at any of the
quick-service dining locations, and many of the newer
bottle-filling stations around the parks make refilling super convenient. I usually do a mix of both, start the day with my own bottle and refill as needed.
Staying hydrated is especially important with all the walking, even during cooler months. Having water on hand saves time, money, and keeps everyone feeling good, so you can focus on the fun instead of hunting for a drink. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference during a Disney day.
Have a blast, Sandra, and stop by and see us again soon for more planning help!
Toodles,
Korliss
