Hi there, Julie! It’s lovely to see you again.
I applaud you for embracing a healthy lifestyle. Each of the rotational-dining rooms offers healthy options. You can also substitute high-calorie side dishes with garden vegetables, steamed rice, or baked potato. Your dining room servers will happily help you make a healthy yet tasty decision.
As for your question, there are weight scales within the Senses Fitness Center within
Senses Spa & Salon. You can pop in for a quick check whenever you’d like. A few people have reported that the scales are inaccurate when the ship is moving, so keep that in mind if your numbers seem off. I called and spoke with a Disney Cast Member who shared that bathroom scales are not on the
Prohibited Items List. However, any electronic device you bring on board could be examined and held if deemed unsafe.
One way I stay fit on vacation is by taking the stairs. My stateroom was on Deck 7 on our last sailing, and I found it very convenient to the Grand Hall, cinemas, shops, and more! If you want to show your kids that you are Super Mom, the
Hero Zone is fun for everyone! This air-conditioned space features a variety of tabletop games and sports courts. The highlight for my son was the Incredi-Games obstacle course. Check the Activity Schedule on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for course hours. Don’t forget to pack your secret weapon – socks. You can’t compete without them.
Thanks for dropping anchor at planDisney. We are happy to help you prepare for your Disney Cruise! If you have any more questions, feel free to stop by again.
SEAS the adventure!
