Hi there, Alexa. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney again. We truly appreciate you coming back with more question for us. We love seeing happy return Guests, so THANK YOU for being here!
As an RN and a mother, I do my best to ensure my family is well prepared for a long day at the
Disneyland Resort theme parks. I typically bring the basic “first aid” supplies such as alcohol prep, antibiotic ointment, bandages, and of course, pain relievers. I’ve brought into the theme parks over-the-counter acetaminophen (Tylenol, for example) and NSAIDs such as Advil or Motrin through security at bag check without issues. I’ve also needed to bring in prescription medications (clearly labeled with the drug names) and had never encountered problems.
If, for any reason, you fall ill during your visit at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, did you know there is a
First Aid center available in each park? There are registered nurses there to provide basic medical care. Additionally, if you have medications that require refrigeration, go ahead and drop them off for storage at the First Aid center. It’s one less thing you have to worry about carrying around, allowing you the opportunity to enjoy a magical day at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Please visit us again if you have additional questions. You know you’ve got a friend in us on
planDisney!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
