Hi Brigitta! Do you think I'll have time to visit Typhoon & Blizz Beach in 1 day (10 to 5pm)? I LOVE them & would like my DD to visit both on her 1st WDW visit. Also, pls share your thoughts about the Pop Cent (just switched from the AS Movies).Thk

    Hello Sophia,

To tell you the truth, you can certainly do this, but I prefer to go to one of the water parks for most of the day!  I find that going to one of them early and then securing a couple of beach loungers and planting ourselves in a good spot for a day of fun, is what I find relaxing!  Yes, I do definitely like to relax while being on holiday and I think this is one of the things that most guests don't do enough of and then end up getting burnt out.  This is my personal opinion and what I find works best for me and my 7 year old daughter.  If you are up to it and your daughter as well, I suggest you go to one of the water parks very early and then maybe take a midday break, go to the resort and kick back, eat lunch, relax for a bit and then head out to the next water park for more fun....this is definitely possible, just not what I would like to do!

As far as The Pop Century Resort, I have been there many times and if you do not have a rental car then the bus transportation system here is a plus and very accommodating with not long waits like you may have at some of the other value resorts (as they share buses) and The Pop Century has its very own.  I must say that I have stayed at all of the "value" resorts and have liked certain things about every one.  I have liked the pools better at some versus others, transportation, food courts (food selections), layout of the buildings, themeing, etc.. they all have different things that I like about each and every one, so I think whichever one is chosen you should have a good stay at!  Have a very magical trip and if you have any further questions, let us know!

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
