    Hi Brigitta, Saw you answer a question re:cab fare. Can you give me estimates from POFQ to Poly? Also, an estimate from DTD (Westside) to Fort Wilderness (for the HDDR)? Many thanks for your help with figuring out our budget for cabs.

    Hi Jana,

    The estimated cab fare from Port Orleans French Quarter to the Polynesian Resort is $12.00 and from Downtown Disney (Westside) to Fort Wilderness the estimated fare also shows up as being $12.00.  Please keep in mind that these amounts are just estimates, but for future reference it is very easy to find out how to do this from any location your interested in going to and from yourself.  Just go to Mears transportation taxi fare estimator's website online and then google the address of the locations to and from that you are interesting in getting the fare price for, hit the Estimate Fare button and voila!  you have your answer.  Glad I was able to help and hope you have a magical trip to WDW.
