Bright suns! If we have a dining reservation for 6, but only 4 show up, are there any repercussions? I tried to change our reservations online, but there is no availability.

    Hi, there!

Or rather, "Bright Suns!" Welcome back to planDisney, Chris. We just love when you stop by! It looks like your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation is about to begin. That's super exciting!

You ask a really great question. As long as one person in your party of 6 shows up for the dining reservation, you will not be charged a per-person cancellation (or no-show) fee. If you can, I recommend stopping by the dining location where you have the reservation as early in the day as possible. Let the greeting Cast Member there know that you'll be a party of 4 instead of 6, and they'll be able to release a bit of availability for the day. You're going to make a party of 2 hoping for a reservation very happy, indeed!

I certainly hope you have plans to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge next week, where many galactic adventures await you and your group. If you haven't stopped by the Milk Stand before, be sure to include it in your plans. Order both the blue milk and the green milk and have a taste test with your travel party! (My family is Team Blue, all the way!)

I hope this was helpful, Chris. I'm wishing you a force-filled Disney vacation!
