I am a breast feeding mother and was wondering if you are allowed to bring already expressed milk into the park in a cooler with ice packs?

Hi Holli! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Oh boy! Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your little one is right around the corner! You are smart in planning ahead for what you need to bring into the theme parks with you. Food, diapers, changes of clothes, sunscreen, etc ... there is a lot that goes into taking kiddos to "The Most Magical Place on Earth." But trust me, it is all worth it!

You will be happy to know that you can bring in food and drinks, including already expressed milk, with you into the theme parks! There are a few things to keep in mind when bringing items into the theme parks: no glass containers (except for small ones like baby food jars), no alcoholic beverages, no loose ice (ice packs or ice contained in zipped bags is fine), and coolers should be no larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. You can find all the prohibited items on the Park Rules.

If you need a quiet and air-conditioned space to feed your little one, there is a Baby Care Center located in each of the four theme parks. They have nursing rooms, changing tables, highchairs, and many more amenities that you may find useful during your visit!

Enjoy your vacation, Holli! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
