Hello Dodie. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
I think you are going to be thrilled to know that you can actually enter the park before it opens with a dining reservation. I'd suggest being at the entrance gates of the park your breakfast is at no later than 8:45 a.m. Once you've arrived, a Cast Member will be there checking people in for breakfast. Typically, they have a sign that they hold in the air which should be easy to spot for breakfast reservations. If not, any Cast Member will be able to direct you to where you need to go to check in. Once you've checked in for your breakfast, you'll then be escorted through the park to the restaurant itself. This also can be a great time to snap some pictures in a much less crowded theme park. Keep in mind, theme park admission is required to dine at a restaurant inside any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Another thing to note, in the morning
complimentary buses start running 45 minutes prior to the park opening. Since the park opens at 9 a.m. as long as you are on the first bus to leave your resort, you should make it there in plenty of time. Another option to consider is using the
Minnie Van Service that morning. To request an accessible Minnie Van that can accommodate your daughter's wheelchair, you can call the number on the
Minnie Van information page, that I've linked for you. Requests can be made 45-60 minutes in advance.
I hope this helps ease your mind about the morning. Everything is going to work out perfectly. If you have any other questions, I hope you'll come back and ask. Enjoy!
