Hi Kristin! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Oh boy, you are in for a treat with your daughter's first visit soon! She is at such a
fun age where she will love seeing the sights of the attractions and she will recognize many of the Characters. My son was shy during pictures with the
Characters at that age, but we discovered that he loved giving them high fives. We have a lot of pictures of him smiling with his hand in the air, ready for a high five. It was the cutest!
I almost always schedule our
breakfast reservations in the theme parks at a time before the park opens. Not only is this a great way to make sure you don't miss much time in the theme parks, but also gives you the chance to take some pictures on the way to the restaurant before the crowds arrive for the day.
When you arrive at
Magic Kingdom Park, you should see an area that is designated for breakfast reservations. Last time I was there, this was on the far left side of the entrance. You will enter the theme park with your
theme park tickets there and a Cast Member will verify your reservation. Once inside the theme park, there should be a sign directing you where to go for breakfast reservations. Be prepared to have your reservation verified again before you enter Fantasyland. The multiple checkpoints are just to make sure that only those with these highly sought-after reservations are allowed into those areas of Magic Kingdom Park. Then all you have to do is enjoy your time in Beast's Castle while you munch on delicious food at
Be Our Guest Restaurant!
I hope you have the BEST vacation, Kristin! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
