I have breakfast reservations in the Contemporary, and was hoping I could monorail to the parks and end our day at the lounge at the Polynesian, returning to the Contemporary for our vehicle. Can we pay to park our vehicle beyond the 3 hour pass?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Colleen!

Sounds like you have an action packed day planned!  A girl after my own pixie dusted heart.

Guests with dining reservations at Resort Hotels are welcome to park at that resort during your meal. However, if you're not a Guest at that resort, you should technically move your car afterwards or run the risk of being towed.  You can pay to Valet Park during your meal but they don't really offer an option to pay for the day.

I would go ahead and park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot and take the Resort Monorail over to the Contemporary.  When you've completed your day at the Magic Kingdom, you could move your car to The Polynesian before you visit the lounge.  The Polynesian is within walking distance of the Transportation and Ticket Center so you would also have the option of walking back to there and then taking the tram back to your car.

If you're staying on property, there is always the option of taking a cab to and from your resort that morning and evening to save the inconvenience of moving your car.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-)  Allison
