Hi I have a breakfast reservation for a time before Magic kingdom opens. We staying off site so will get bus to transportation and ticket centre, what time do the monorail or ferry start from here to get to Magic Kingdom.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Claire!

Enjoying breakfast at Magic Kingdom before the park opens is one of my favorite ways to start a fantastic vacation day. Our family had the opportunity to visit Beast's Castle just a few weeks ago with a pre-opening breakfast at Be Our Guest restaurant. We were staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for our trip and on the day of our breakfast, monorail transportation did not start for the Resort monorail until 8:30 a.m., but I believe it was currently running for the Express line from the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC). Generally, the monorail system begins operation one hour prior to Magic Kingdom opening. Hours of operation for the ferry boat are subject to weather and water conditions.

On the day of our breakfast, Complimentary Resort Transportation busses were available for Guests to travel between the TTC, the monorail resorts and Magic Kingdom. There were signs directing Guests to use the bus service instead of the monorail. If you have any trouble finding transportation options once you get there, there are Cast Members in the ticket windows at the TTC and in the TTC gift shop who can help you with information about that day's transportation options.
