We have a breakfast reservation at 'Ohana, which we will be driving to. Can we park at the ploynesian for our breakfast and then take the monorail to the MK for the day and leave our car at the hotel?

Hey there, Elizabeth! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for bringing us your question.

I’m so excited you are planning a delicious breakfast at one of my favorite restaurants on property, ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Just thinking about the delicious Mickey Waffles and their famous sweet breakfast bread give me a rumbly in my tumbly, as Pooh would say. Not only is the food amazing but you'll also get to enjoy visiting with Mickey Mouse himself. And let’s not forget Lilo and Stitch, of course. I can’t think of a better way to start a day at the most magical place on earth!

Elizabeth, dining reservations grant you parking at resort hotels for up to three hours. Because you are planning on continuing on to your magical day at Magic Kingdom, I would suggest parking at the Transportation and Ticket Center, which is conveniently located right next to both the Poly and Magic Kingdom. Once at the TTC, you can either take the Monorail to the Polynesian or walk on over. It’s that close! Then, after your yummy breakfast, hop on the Monorail to Magic Kingdom, so you won’t have to worry about moving your car later.

I hope you have a magical day of food and fun at the place where the magic is endless. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us for any tips, advice, or questions about your upcoming visit.

    See you real soon,
