Hi Barbara!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Thank you for such a great question, and one that many guests are curious about. Depending on where you have booked your reservation, you have a few options. If you are dining at a theme park,
Disney transport is very convenient, but the buses do not start running until approximately 45 minutes before park opening. You would have to be dining at a park that offers Extra Magic Hours on the morning of your reservation - meaning that it would open at 0800, and the buses would start running around 0715, but I wouldn't rely on this for such an early booking.
If you are visiting Disney's Wilderness Lodge for breakfast, you could walk the
0.75 mile jogging trail/bike path that connects the two resorts. Even when you are not dining there, this a lovely way to spend some time. It's such a beautiful trail.
For anywhere else, I would suggest using the
Minnie Van Service. They are driven by Cast Members and can accommodate up to 6 Guests. This would also be such a fun way to start your day! You can make your booking on the Lyft app, which will also show you the cost of this service. Alternatively, you could stop by the
front desk of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, and ask them to hail you a taxi cab. Please allow some extra time for this, as there may not be a taxi readily waiting at the resort.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
