I have 9:30 breakfast reservation at the Cape May Cafe (Goofy and Friends) and then we want to spend the day at MK. Are we going to lose a lot of time in the park?Where should we park (and what time should we arrive to make sure we get to breakfast on time

The Cape May Cafe is a delightful breakfast at the Beach Club Resort. Goofy, Minnie and Donald Duck will be hosting the meal. Donald recently replaced Chip 'n' Dale.

You are going to lose all of your valuable morning touring by having breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Mornings are the best time to visit the main attractions before lines begin to form in the afternoon.

Since you are driving, I would park at the Beach Club prior to your breakfast. Arrive the Beach Club Resort around 9:10 a.m. and then go directly to the restaurant's podium to check in. Most restaurants request that guests arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their Advance Dining Reservation time.

After breakfast, drive to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) which serves as the parking area for the Magic Kingdom. From there, you will take the ferry boat or monorail over to the Magic Kingdom.

Your breakfast will take about an hour. It's possible that you might not be inside the Magic Kingdom until 11:30 a.m. or so.

I usually try to schedule our breakfast times so that we are at the park before it opens. Or, go to the park and tour, then have a brunch. This works better when dining at a location near the park where you will be touring that day.

I would schedule the type of breakfast that you are trying to plan on a non-park day or on your day of departure.

The Cape May Cafe is a delightful breakfast and works well when touring Epcot. From there, you can walk to Epcot's International Gateway. It's also a nice starting point for a morning at Hollywood Studios as you can then drive or take the boat over to that park.

Try to design your dining itinerary around your park touring schedule. Dine early or late to maximize your touring time and to avoid crowds. Dine at or near the park that you plan to tour.
