Where is breakfast with the characters and how do I book it?

Carol, you will have several choices for dining with Disney characters.  If you are looking for the princess experience you can choose between Cinderella's Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom or the Akershus in EPCOT.  They both serve breakfast and include visits from many of the popular Disney princesses.

For other character experiences you can book a table at Cape May in the Beach Club where Goofy, Minnie, and Donald are often seen.  Chef Mickey is probably one of the most popular spots and here you might see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto.  Another favorite of mine is Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House in the Animal Kingdom park where you can find Donald, Daisy, and Goofy.l
Please know that there can be character changes and none are guaranteed but the kids will not be disappointed as there will be favorites to visit with.

For a great Winnie the Pooh visit please visit the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom where Pooh is joined by Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger.  The one breakfast spot in the Hollywood Studios is at Hollywood and Vine where some of Jojo's Circus and Little Einsteins stop by. Lilo, Stitch, Pluto, and Mickey can be found at Ohana's in the Polynesian resort and last but not least you can dine with Mary Poppins and friends at 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian resort.

As you can see there are many breakfast character dining choices.  To make a reservation please call 180 days from your arrival date.  The dining number is 407-939-3463.
