Is the 1900 Breafast Fare a good choice. I was unable to get a dinner reservation. We have done Chef Mickey's before. Which is a better choice for a 2year old boy, and 4 and 5 year old girls? I have a reservation for the Princess Royal Ball

    Courtney,

We always enjoy 1900 Park Fare for breakfast.  The food is a little different than Chef Mickey's.  The last time we ate there they had an omelet station, which Chef Mickey's doesn't have.  One of our family's favorites is the strawberry soup.  It is basically a strawberry yogurt smoothie that you ladle out like soup.  I just pour it into a glass for my 3 year old daughter.

The restaurant itself is very pretty and the characters are wonderful.  It is fun to interact with talking characters like Alice from Wonderland.  My daughter was there when she was 18 months old and fell in love with Alice.  We have also seen Pooh, Tigger, Cinderella, Prince Charming, and Mary Poppins.  The characters are subject to change at the restaurant so you just want to be careful about making promises to the little ones.

Chef Mickey's is one of my favorites at WDW, but if you have already been there before I recommend that you check out 1900 Park Fare.
