We are a brazilian family and we don't speak English very weel. It will be our firt visit to WDW, in Por Century. Is standard room too longer than preferred room? If I'm walking, how many times do I need to arrive in the reception/food court? Thank you!

    Hi!

Thank you for sending me your question!  Pop Century is my favorite Disney Value Resort.  There is no difference between a standard room and a preferred room except for the location; thus both are the same size, decorated the same, etc.

If you are worried about your walk to Classic Hall, which is the main building where the lobby, food court, arcade, and store is, then I would definitely recommend getting a preferred room.  That would make the walk from you room to Classic Hall between 5 and 10 minutes depending on how fast you walk.  You also board the Disney buses right outside Classic Hall.

I personally think the extra cost for a preferred room is worth it.  Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
