    Hi, Moms! We're from Brazil and this is the first visit of our family. I asked by email to Disney and said they can not receive packages from Amazon and Disney Store in Caribbean Beach. However responses seen here saying the opposite! Help me please!!!!!!

    Thanks so much for coming to the Moms Panel to get the answer to your question.

    Without checking for sure, I knew the answer was, "Yes, you can." because I've done it myself.  But, just to make sure that nothing had changed since I did it.

    I spoke to a great cast member at the Caribbean Beach Resort and I was assured that you sure can do it and guests do it all the time.  You need to ensure the registered guests name is on the package and your arrival date at the resort is on the package.  The resort will hold your package up to ten days prior to your arrival, but if you can be there when the package is delivered, even better!
