    Hi, I am from Brazil! I have bought all my tickets in Brazil, where I can change for the real card to access the parks? thanks

    Hi Cristiane,

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. First, I want you to know that now we have Disney Parks Moms Panel in Portuguese. You can ask us anything regarding Disney Destinations in our own language. Very cool, right? Just change the language on the main site. I don’t know if you are going to stay at one of Disney’s Hotels. If that’s the case, you have to create your account on My Disney Experience app. Staying at one of Disney’s hotels you will receive a MagicBand when you check in. Through this app you are going to link the number of your theme parks admission tickets directly to your MagicBand. If you aren’t staying inside Disney’s property, you can go on the ticket window at the entrance of the first theme park that you decide to visit. There they will change your voucher for real tickets.
