what's the brand /Model of the new in room washers at Disney's Old KEy West ? Shopping for home. Thanks!

Hello, Steven and welcome to planDisney!

Steven, I'm always happy to chat with a fellow Pennsylvanian about the Most Magical Place on Earth and as a guest who recently purchased a painting during our stay at Disney's Riviera Resort to bring a little of the Magic home, I appreciate this question!

Now, since you're hoping to find a little pixie dust when you're cleaning your clothes, let's talk about the in-room washer and dryer. In 2018 an official collaboration was announced between the Whirlpool Corporation and the Walt Disney World Resort. Assuming that your stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort was recent (and the floor of the laundry area was a wood/laminate and not tile as in the older model villas), the washer and dryer in your villa was very likely a Whirlpool.

Steven, as you're shopping for new appliances, I hope this information helps and I hope you're able to remember your last stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort every time you hit the spin cycle!

If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney.
