Hi, Dawn! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for the fantastic question!
Walt Disney World Resort is the most accommodating place I have ever visited when it comes to allergies and intolerances. When you are out at a Disney Restaurant and order milk, it usually comes in the Mickey Mouse container and is 1% Low Fat Grade A Pasteurized Homogenized milk. Some Disney Restaurants now also carry soy milk, but you would have to inquire with your server or you can also request an allergy menu. You will also be able to purchase soy milk from your Disney Resort hotel. I’m not completely sure of the brand of milk sold at
Haagen Daz, and it is not listed on their online menu. I know that you mentioned that the
Special Diets team were unable to help locate that particular brand of milk, but if you haven’t already, I strongly suggest emailing Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com once you have made your
Advanced Dining Reservations (where you can also note dietary restrictions), for assistance in navigating throughout Walt Disney World Resort dining.
I hope that this helps you in some form with your preparations! Remember that you could also bring your own milk into the Disney Theme Parks by using a small cooler. You could even leave your cooler in a
locker and ask any Quick Service Restaurant for ice when/if needed.
Have a magical vacation!
Jen
