Rhiannon from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have 2 boys under 4-years-old and I'm pregnant with boy number #3. Any advice on how to pull off a maternity shoot with all my little guys?

    Boy, oh boy, Rhiannon!

It sounds like you are truly the queen of your castle! Congratulations from one boy-mom to another. I love this question to me because capturing once-in-a-lifetime moments at The Happiest Place On Earth is something that makes my heart soar.

The Disney PhotoPass Service photographers are always eager to capture your magical moments at the park. If you bring an outside photographer, make sure you have permission to take photos in the park. Disneyland has specific rules and regulations when it comes to photography equipment allowed in the parks, so check with park officials before your shoot, since you may need to obtain a photography permit. Here are a few places to not only celebrate this precious time in your life but to make core memories for the big brothers as well:

-You can dress up the boys to look like Huey and Dewey, eagerly waiting for their brother Louie to join them at Donald’s Duck Pond in the newly designed Mickey’s Toontown, which is sure to be a hit. Don't forget to pack swimsuits for them to change into, as they'll likely want to take a dip!

-Mama Bears love to gather around The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh attraction to proudly showcase their rumbly tumblys. Just a few steps away is Pooh Corner, my go-to spot for treats. It's usually less crowded than other confectionery shops in the park (but let's keep that a secret between us, okay?). You'll see life-size references to the enchanting world of the Hundred Acre Wood.

-Dumbo the Flying Elephant is another popular theme that I've seen mamas embody. You can snap a shot with the stationary Dumbo located near the ride's exit, or wait for the flying Dumbos to soar above and capture the perfect moment in front of the attraction. Don't forget to hum "Baby Mine" and cherish the memories forever!!

-For a more classic, less character-driven option, a Pirates of the Caribbean theme is always a hit with boys! You can head over to New Orleans Square to take some swashbuckling photos and capture the spirit of adventure. While you're at it, make sure to check out the Sailing Ship Columbia and Pirate’s Lair on Tom Sawyer Island for more exciting photo opportunities. Just set sail for fun and let your imagination run wild!

-If you get a chance to head over to the Disney California Adventure Park, make sure to check out Toy Story Midway Mania and the Games of Pixar Pier which are filled with adorable photo ops. My little cowboy cannot get enough of Jessie's Critter Carousel, and I get the best photos of him reacting to the colorful sights and sounds of this ride, so don't forget to snap some photos of their priceless reactions!

Rhiannon, I hope you can tell how thrilled I am for you and your upcoming visit to capture this special moment at the Disneyland Resort! I can only imagine how excited you must be feeling right now, so enjoy every moment of this special experience. I can't wait to hear more about your plans, so please feel free to send any more questions you have my way now that you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon,
    Danielle
