    I have 2 boys (7&10) and the 7 y/o won't go on big rides - do you think the VIP Disney Pass for a day would be suitable - i.e. concierge/guide could watch over youngest whilst we go on the rides? How much for 1 day?

    Greetings, Danielle! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!

    Doing a Disney VIP Tour is something I dream of doing one day! The service they provide is impeccable and the VIP Tour Guide experience can simply not be matched by any other experience offered to Guests at the Disneyland Resort. VIP Tour Guides can plan your day, book dining reservations, reserve VIP seating for select shows and parades, and much more. However, watching over children at the parks isn’t necessarily in their job description. In fact, all minors (those under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult from your group at all times during the tour. 

    The starting price is $2,550 for a minimum of six hours and up to 10 Guests total. VIP Tour Guides must be reserved in advance by contacting Disney Special Activities at DisneylandVIPTours@disney.com or (714) 300-7710.

    As an alternative, if you will be traveling with another adult, then you can take advantage of Rider Switch. This allows one adult to wait with the younger child while the other part of the group rides the attraction. Once the first group is done riding, the adult waiting can switch positions and ride the attraction with minimal waiting.
