    My boys are 7 and 3 we are looking at doing one day at Disney prior to our cruise in February, I wanted ask what is the best thing to do at animal kingdom for the whole family?

    Thank for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Spending a day at Walt Disney World before heading on a cruise sounds like fun!

    I think that you will find many activities to fill your day at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park with your boys. Guests of all ages enjoy Kilimanjaro Safaris, on which you can see exotic animals such as elephants and giraffes from your safari vehicle. If your little one is at least 38 inches tall, you can all experience Kali River Rapids, a fun raft ride through the jungle. If your boys like animals, do check out the multiple animal exploration trails. Finally, be sure to save some time to explore the new land Pandora - The World of Avatar. This beautiful land is full of lush details. Your family could take in Na'vi River Journey, a gentle boat ride along a lush bioluminescent river.

    If you are staying at and and looking for activities at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, this would also be a great day! This resort offers many cultural and recreational activities every day, many focusing on the amazing animals at the resort. I suggest that you ask for a list of these when you arrive. Also, simply enjoying watching the animals on the savannas as well as some time at the wonderful Uzima Pool will make for a fun day.
