So my boys go back to school on august 25th, so my only options are roughly the 5th-12th or the 12th-19th. I hope that these are okay weeks to travel. Also, I think we have decided on the pop century resort. what do you think?? sorry for all the questions.

    Hello again Lisa!

Either week of August is a great time to visit Walt Disney World, especially when planning with more than a year ahead.  During both weeks parks open one to two hours more than during low season (end of summer).  If low crowd levels are a priority and August 25 is your time frame, consider visiting from August 15 to the 22.  During this time frame you should experience lower crowd levels.

Disney´s Pop Century is a great resort for your Walt Disney World vacation and seven nights will allow you six full days, and some, to visit the parks and other Disney attractions.

Planning way ahead is the best recommendation I can give to any family visiting Walt Disney World.  This allows time to read about the parks, attractions, shows, events, restaurants and resorts.  Most of this reading is on the internet and includes lots of photos and videos.

Getting familiar with Walt Disney World web site is a great way to start and unofficial sites offer great help during the planning process.  And of course, visit us and ask as many questions as you wish.

Another "must" is to book Advance Dining Reservations 180 days before arriving at Walt Disney World.  Being able to choose any restaurant at any time or day makes a big difference on any Disney vacation.

If budget allows, driving a car can save lots of precious time during a Disney vacation.

Arriving before or during parks opening time is the best time saver I can suggest, as guests can experience one or two hours of the lowest crowds during the day.  During late park hours crowd levels also tend to lower.

Happy to help you plan a magical Disney vacation.
