My boyfriend and I were unable to user our 1 day park hopper ticket due to a unfortunate visit to the hospital. Is there anyway I could put these ticket to a future use or receiver a refund for both?

Hi there, Mariella. Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for taking the time to visit us with your question for us.

I’m sorry to hear about your unfortunate trip to the hospital. I hope you and your boyfriend are currently safe and well. When you are ready to return to a land of Magic, you can still use your current theme park ticket to make a reservation. Your ticket is valid until its expiration date. If you purchased your one-day ticket recently, most likely the expiration date is December 30, 2022. Unfortunately, theme park tickets are non-refundable.

To make a new theme park reservation, return to the “Theme Park Tickets & Reservations” page and under “If you’ve already purchased a ticket:”, click on “Make Park Reservations”. Pick the new date and park you wish to visit and confirm your selections. Once your new theme park reservation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique QR code.

Be sure to visit Disneyland.com or Disney Parks Blog for the latest park news! If you have further trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us again on planDisney.

Sending you pixie dust for a speedy recovery!

    See ya real soon,

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
