My boyfriend and I have a trip to WDW planned for 8/22/09-8/29/09. With tropical storms coming in is it smart to rescheduel our trip? I'd hate to have the disney experienced ruined by closed rides and a week of soggy days.

Hi Jamie!  I will say that I have learned one thing about Florida weather and that is it is completely unpredictable!  I was there in May and we had massive rains during our stay. Yes we were not able to do some things but there was not one day where I was upset that I was there and did not have fun!

Choose your vacation dates for what works best for you and then hope for the greatest weather possible.  I have even been to Disney during hurricanes and it has yet to ruin our time. Disney is  prepared for all weather and they work hard to make their guests as comfortable as possible when they can.  There is so much magic happening you will always be able to find something fun to do!
