    My boyfriend and I had a reservation at Animal Kingdom Lodge but changed it to All Star Music but it hasn’t changed on the Disney experience app or online but it shows it changed when you try to change it again. When will it change on the app?

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us here with your great question.  I am so happy to see you have booked a Resort stay at Walt Disney World Resort, I am sure you are going to make some magical memories!  

    I have found that when I have modified my Resort Hotel Reservations in the past it takes up to 24 hours to see the changes updated in My Disney Experience.  I also have found that I do need to log out and then sign back in to see the updates.  If that doesn't work, try linking your reservation again.  Once you are logged into My Disney Experience, scroll down to "My Plans" and under "Resort Hotel" select "Link Reservation".  From there, follow the prompts to input the information required.  As a last resort, if that doesn't work I do suggest calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be able to assist with your reservation.
