my boyfriend recently purchased both me and him imagine key holder passes and we are supposed to go but today i lost my california id is it possible that i enter the park with a temporary id?

    Hello  Yazmin,

Are you so very excited to join the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Program? When you think of all the fun you'll enjoy playing at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, and when you think about all the cool discounts you'll enjoy as a Magic Key holder, you're sure to be excited for all the magic that awaits you!

Yazmin, I took the opportunity to give a call to the Magic Key Membership Services team for you. I explained to the Cast Member that you had lost your ID and I asked for suggestions she might have for you when you visit the theme parks with your Magic Key pass. The Cast Member explained that the important thing is to have a photo ID with your name as it matches your name on your Magic Key. The Cast Member suggested you could show a California driver's license, a military ID, a passport, or some other form of California ID.

I hope this information is helpful, Yazmin. If you have questions about your Magic Key pass, you can give a call to the Magic Key Membership Services team at (714) 781-7277 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance.

If you are looking for tips and ideas for your visits to the Disneyland Resort, please be sure to come back to planDisney with your questions. I also encourage you to follow the Disney Parks Blog as a fun and helpful way to keep up to date with all the exciting experiences that you can enjoy at the Disneyland Resort!

Yazmin, here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
