    Hello! Me and my boyfriend recently bought the Inspire Key a few months ago with the monthly payment options but due to some unfortunate circumstances we are behind on payments. How long do we have before the passes get cancelled completely? 😔

    Welcome to the Magic Key family! As a fellow Magic Key holder, I have been enjoying all the benefits and discounts that come with my Magic Key, such as the early sale of Oogie Boogie Bash tickets last week! “Dreams do come true if only we wish hard enough. You can have anything in life if you will sacrifice everything else for it.

    According to the Magic Key Terms & Conditions, the Disneyland Resort “reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or revoke Magic Keys at any time”, which would include late payments. However, I suggest speaking with a friendly Cast Member on the Magic Key Holders line to explain the situation. The Cast Members are available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (hours subject to change) and may be able to offer further assistance or find another solution. With a little faith and trust (and a little bit of pixie dust), you’ll be able to pay the late balance and retain ownership of your Magic Key!
