    My boyfriend and I each received Disney Gift Card couple of years ago. We want to go to Disneyland next week, have no idea how to process the gift cards. We do not know the dollar amount on the cards. What do we do?

    Nice! Disney Gift Cards are my favorite gifts to receive. I just returned from the Disneyland Resort, where I used Disney Gift Cards almost exclusively for dining and shopping. It was so convenient to simply pull out the cards at restaurants and shops. And they offered me peace of mind, knowing what my budget was and how much of my funds remained after each purchase. I use my gift cards almost like a checking account exclusively for my Disney Parks vacations.

    Whether you have physical gift cards or eGifts, you may visit the Disney Gift Card website to check your gift card balance. I also highly recommend linking your gift cards to your account on the Disney Gift Card website for a convenient reference of your gift card balances later on. You may use up to one Disney Gift Card for most online and in-app purchases, including purchasing theme park tickets. You may also use the Disney Gift Card website to combine the values of more than one gift card onto a single card.

    Tony’s Tip: For convenience in using a Disney Gift Card to place a mobile food and beverage order or for Merchandise Mobile Checkout, I recommend storing your gift card number in a note on your mobile device. When you are ready to check out, simply copy the number from your note and paste it into the Disneyland mobile app.
