    Me and my boyfriend purchased a 3 time southern california park pass for his birthday earlier this year. We were only able to go once in February before getting shutdown by covid. Can we get a refund? Or possibly transfer the tickets to Disney World?

    It looks like you live in Sunny Southern California just like me! The weather is incredible here and we are so lucky to live so close to the Happiest Place on Earth! The So Cal Resident Ticket is such an amazing deal and such a great way to enjoy multiple visits to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Whenever this special deal comes around, I make sure to let all of my friends and family know.

    At this time, the Disneyland Resort is not offering refunds or exchanges for tickets to the Walt Disney World Resort. Instead they are providing guests with So Cal Resident Tickets with a very generous extension to their tickets. The expiration date has been extended to December 16, 2021. They may be used on non consecutive days and have the following blockout days: November 21-28, 2020; December 19, 2020 to January 10, 2021; March 26, 2021 to April 11, 2021; July 4, 2021; November 20-27, 2021.

    Well Mary, I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for but I hope that the extension of your tickets provides you with plenty of time to enjoy the parks soon enough.
