My boyfriend & I are joining my family on a big, multi-generational trip. He hasn't been to Disney since he was a kid. What are some restaurants we should hit when we venture out alone? We are adventurous eaters, but he doesn't eat seafood.

Hello Chrissy and welcome back to planDisney!

My own family has enjoyed several multi-generational vacations to Walt Disney World Resort, which is why I'm so excited to hEar you're planning towards your own Return to the Magic.  My top suggestion for easy scheduling for large groups is to be sure to have everyone download and create an account on My Disney Experience and then Invite Family & Friends to Plan & Share together.

I can also just imagine how much you and your boyfriend are looking forward to joining your extended family, especially since he hasn't visited Walt Disney World Resort since childhood!  In fact, I expect both he and you will discover a whole new world of Things to do in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort including Dining at Disney Restaurants!

For me personally, Discovering Dining at Walt Disney World Resort is such a pleasure, and here just for you are my top 3 adventurous dining suggestions -

Tiffins Restaurant is located within Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and boasts menus filled with African/Latin fusion inspired dishes to tempt the intrepid traveller.

Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera is a rooftop dining spot at the gorgeous Disney's Riviera Resort which rewards diners with both a fabulous view and a delectable Italian menu.  Fun fact: Topolino is the name for Mickey Mouse in Italy!

Morimoto Asia can be found at Disney Springs.  This 2 story Pan-Asian restaurant has an interior which is architecturally stunning and each time I've eaten there, I've been mesmerised by the chefs who can be viewed working in the exhibition style kitchens.

My last suggestion is really suited for a large get-together of your whole party.  I recommend one of my own family favorites, the Biergarten Restaurant which is located within the Germany Pavilion at Epcot.  At this unique eatery Guests are welcomed to celebrate a traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest complete with live Polka band, all whilst dining together at long family-style tables.

Additionally I'm also happy to share that at present Advance Dining Reservations for select dining locations at Walt Disney World Resort can be made up to 60 days in advance.  Plus for Disney Resorts Guests, additionally for up to 10 days into their stay.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
