My boyfriend and I will be going to Disney in October and I was wondering if we will be able to link our Park Tickets to our Magic Bands. We are not Pass Holders, our Magic Bands are for our hotel.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Joshua!

Your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner. In fact, October is my favorite time to visit and I will be headed to see Mickey and the gang in October as well! You and your boyfriend will be able to use your MagicBands at the touch points in the theme parks for your theme park tickets and FastPass+ reservations through the magic of My Disney Experience. The most important step is to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. You can do this either through the website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. I just linked my tickets through the app today by scanning the QR code on the back of the ticket - so easy!

Your hotel reservation should also be linked to your My Disney Experience account, which will allow you to customize your MagicBands for your trip. Once your MagicBands are shipped, they will also be linked to your account. Be sure to also book some FastPass+ reservations so you can enjoy some of the most popular attractions and events without having to wait in long standby queues. Since everything is connected through My Disney Experience, once you get to the theme parks, you will be able to use your MagicBands as your admission tickets at the theme parks! If you have any issues during your trip, your hotel concierge or front desk Cast Members can help you, as well as the Guest Relations Cast Members at any of the theme parks.

If you have any other questions before your trip, come back and see us! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
