My boyfriend and I are going to Disney next month. We were doing to schedule a time to go to the Droid Depot and noticed there were some times before the park opens. If choosing those, would we actually get to go during that time? (9:30 time, 10 park open)

Bright suns and welcome to planDisney! How exciting to be visiting Walt Disney World Resort During the Holidays, and for true Star Wars fans no visit is complete without a lightspeed trip to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

How lucky for you to find reservations for Droid Depot before the theme park opening! Just like many restaurants, you will find there are also Disney experiences which offer reservations prior to the general theme park opening. As long as you have a reservation for Droid Depot, valid theme park admission, and a Disney Park Pass Reservation you will be allowed entry before the rest of the universe. I have often had dining reservations before general theme park opening and have loved the ability to snap a few candid photos of my family in an (almost) empty park as we made our way to our reservation. So snap that reservation up and enjoy building your astromech before anyone else is even allowed entry into the theme park!

If you are looking for another recommendation in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, I highly recommend Oga's Cantina! Far from a wretched hive of scum and villainy, this cantina has the liveliest entertainment and yummiest beverages in the galaxy! This is on my "to-do" list every time I visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge from now on. My favorite is the Yub Nub which comes in a souvenir Endor mug. You might find you need two of these or your "special" mug may become someone else's special mug....
