My boyfriend and his daughter (8yrs old) are going to WDW at the end of January (Jan.26th- Feb1st). It will be her first time going to Disney! What should we expect with weather and crowd size?

    Hi Cyrstal!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

That is a great time to visit Walt Disney World. The crowds will generally be low to medium at that time of year. However, the weather in late January can be very unpredictable. It can be cold requiring a heavy jacket and maybe even gloves and a hat, especially at night. However, I have also been there in late January when you could walk around in the day in shorts!  This I recommend wearing clothes in layers so you can add or remove layers as necessary!

Enjoy planning your magical Disney vacation and please write back with more questions!
