Me and my boyfriend are bringing our 5 month old daughter on march 14th and we were just trying to see what certain rides can we get on with her and are we allowed to bring a diaper backbag in the park that isnt clear for her diapers and other things

    Hi Jamya,

Your trip to Walt Disney World is coming up so soon - you must be getting very excited! I remember taking my daughter to Walt Disney World when she was an infant. It was so amazing to see her wide-eyed wonder at everything going on around her! Do take a look at the Walt Disney World planning page for traveling with preschoolers and little ones. This page has great advice for traveling with the youngest guests!

Your little one will be able to go with you on attractions that do not have a height requirement. On this list of height requirements for attractions at Walt Disney World, take a look at the attractions that say "Any Height." Your little one will be able to enjoy these with you. If there are attractions that you and your boyfriend want to enjoy that do have a height requirement, you can use Disney Rider Switch Service for many of these attractions. This will allow one of you to experience the attraction while the other waits with your daughter. Then you will switch who is with your daughter, and the second adult will be able to experience the attraction with shorter wait time. It is definitely a service worth checking out if you would like to do some more thrilling attractions while you are at Walt Disney World!

In terms of your diaper backpack, yes, you should absolutely be able to take that into the theme parks with you. There is no requirement for bags and backpacks to be clear at Walt Disney World, so that is not a problem. Do be sure to check out the Walt Disney World Resort rules, which include a list of prohibited items, to be sure that you are complying with all of these. A typically-sized diaper bag is absolutely welcome. You may also be glad to see that while glass is not allowed into Walt Disney World theme parks, there is an exception for baby food jars.

Another amenity that I want to be sure that you know about is the Baby Care Centers. These are located in all four theme parks, and provide a quiet and calming space for you to feed, change, or just take a break with your little one.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Jamya! I know that your trip is coming up very soon, but if any more questions arise before you head to Walt Disney World, please feel free to bring them on back to planDisney!
