Hi my boyfriend bought me two tickets to use this year unfortunately we have split up and my friend is coming with me so I need to make a name change on the ticket how can I do this as I have the paper tickets

    Hey Helen!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so sorry to hear about your recent split. Whenever I’m feeling down I head straight to the Happiest Place on Earth to cheer me up.

Being immersed in the magic of the Disneyland Resort, allows you to escape from the real world and take a break from everyday demands. I’m going to assume that you have loaded the tickets into the Disneyland Mobile App and added names to the tickets. If you're going to use both tickets at the same time, then it’s OK that the name is different than who ends up using it. When you get to the turnstiles to enter the park, a Cast Member will take you and your friends picture and assign a ticket to each of you at that time. If it’s something that really worries you, you can call ticket guest services and they would be happy to make the change before you arrive.

I see that you’re coming down mid March of 2020. By the time you arrive at the Disneyland Resort, you will be able to enjoy the new daytime parade “Magic Happens” at Disneyland Park. Mickey Mouse will lead the parade followed by his pals from all of your favorite stories, you won't want to miss it! Also going on at that time will be the 2020 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival at Disney California Adventure Park. Enjoy some of the tastiest eats and drinks inspired by California cuisine. I've got my fingers crossed for the Ghost Pepper Mac and Cheese again this year!

Well Helen, I hope you keep your head up high and are in good spirits. May you and your friend have the best of times and enjoy the parks to the fullest.

Remember, always believe in the magic!
