Hello, and welcome to
planDisney, Skyla!
Thank you kindly for stopping by planDisney with your important question, and I am so sorry to hear about your boyfriend’s accident and I wish him a speedy recovery and all the very best. As a fellow Canadian Disney fan and Guest, it would be my honour to offer my help.
Skyla, for a basic
Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket that is unused, you do have a couple of options, and this is subject to change because I do not know the type of theme park admission you hold, so I am basing my response on a basic theme park ticket. Typically, for any unused theme park ticket, you may be able to modify your date(s) of use by modifying your current Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation(s) if you feel you will be returning as soon as your boyfriend recovers. To modify your current
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations please sign in to your Disney account and access
Disney Park Pass System via the
My Disney Experience planning area on the top right of the main page.
If you wish to transfer an unused Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket and you have created a
Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience planning via your Disney account, you may be able to transfer the unused theme park ticket to someone on your list. To perform this function please visit the
My Reservations section of the
My Disney Experience planning area once signed in to your Disney account online, locate the ticket you aim to reassign and select the
Reassign Ticket link to the right of the ticket.
For any questions regarding your current theme park tickets, please reach out to a friendly Cast Member at
Walt Disney World Resort - Existing Tickets for direct support early morning or later in the evening when wait times are shorter.
Skyla, I really hope that everything works out in your favour quickly so you can experience the joy at Walt Disney World Resort - take a look at the current
Walt Disney World Resort - Special Offers, Deals & Discounts that may be of interest to you for a future visit.
It was my great pleasure offering assistance today, Skyla, please feel free to stop by planDisney to ask me for any other first-hand tips and advice from the perspective of a Canadian traveller, I would love to help you further, thank you so much!
Best Disney get well wishes to your boyfriend from Mickey Mouse & Friends!
