Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Frank!

Thanks for posting your question about hearty breakfasts at Disney's Port Orleans Resort. Whether you are staying at Riverside or French Quarter, the bounty platter served in their respective food courts will fuel you effectively for an exciting day of making memories. At present, the bounty platter includes scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, a biscuit, and your choice of french toast or pancakes with syrup. Several variations of this dish have been offered over the years so it is always possible that the composition of the dish may shift a bit by the time you arrive. If you'd like to see photos of this platter, just search "bounty platter river mill" and "bounty platter sassagoula floatworks" on any search engine and several images will appear. I'll warn you though; they're going to make you very hungry so don't search on an empty stomach.

If you enjoy sweet breakfasts, don't miss the warm, freshly made beignets served up every morning at Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. They are so good! If you decide to try them, I foresee a blizzard of powdered sugar in your future.

Please feel free to post additional questions as you plan your exciting trip "across the pond." My friends and I here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel would love to provide any information you may find helpful.

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
    Jill
