    We have a bounce back trip planned for November, which we may need to cancel or modify to spring ‘26. If I am able to get (4) tickets to Mickey’s VM Christmas Party and we end up having to make a change, am I able to cancel/transfer the party tickets?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Katy! How exciting to be planning another magical visit, and saving a little money on your Disney Resort stay with a bounceback offer is my favorite kind of magical math! 

    Katy, if you decide to go ahead and purchase tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for this year, those tickets are nonrefundable. However, I can offer you a few options in the event you change your vacation dates and aren't able to use them:
    Katy, if you do find yourself with unused tickets, those tickets will disappear from your mobile app, but rest assured that you can contact a helpful Cast Member at the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number for assistance. They'll be able to see your unused tickets on your account and offer you options. My parents actually had unused Christmas party tickets this past year due to a medical situation, and they were able to change them to Disney After Hours Tickets at Disney's Hollywood Studios by calling.
